Hangzhou Ziyan Garment Factory was established in 1983, after more than 20 years' development, it has now become a medium- to large-sized garment manufacturer with four branches, namely the western style suit branch, western style pants branch, shirts branch and jacket & leisure wear branch. With an occupied floor area of over 150mu, we are an export-oriented manufacturer of men's garments, fashionable women's garments and children's garments.
Shirts branch: It is equipped with 6 production lines and over 600 staff members. Main equipments are imported from Japan, and are capable of the monthly production of 300,000 pieces of shirts, and annual production 3.6 million pieces.
Western style pants branch: It is equipped with 4 production lines and over 250 staff members. Main equipments are imported from Japan, and are capable of the monthly production of 60,000 pieces of western style pants, and annual production 720,000 pieces.
Western style suit branch: It is equipped with 2 production lines and over 320 staff members. Main equipments are imported from Germany and Japan, and are capable of the monthly production of 13,000 suits, and annual production 160,000 suits.
Jacket & leisure wear branch: There are over 300 staff members, main machines are imported form Japan, major products are jackets, coats, women's wear, children's wear, casual pants etc., with an annual production capacity reaching over 800,000 pieces.
All over the years, we have established good cooperative relationships with our customers from Germany, France, Spain and Canada etc., and 100% of our products are exported. We are the earliest in China's garment industry to pass the certification of ISO9002 Quality Management System and GB/T2660-1990 Quality Control System.
